According to current regulations, saving or reading information from a user's device requires prior consent, unless the technology is strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user.

• must be voluntary, informed, specific, and unambiguous,
• cannot be inferred from silence, continued browsing, or scrolling,
• cannot be given through pre-checked boxes,

On the first layer of the banner, we present three equivalent options:

In the 'Manage preferences' panel, the user can enable or disable individual cookie categories and save their choice.

Strictly necessary cookies
Necessary for the proper functioning of the site and ensuring security (e.g., session maintenance, load balancing, fraud protection). Consent is not required.

Functional / preference cookies
Allow remembering user settings (e.g., language, region). Consent is required if they are not essential for a service requested by the user.

Analytical / measurement cookies
Used to analyze how the service is used (statistics, diagnostics). User consent is required in most jurisdictions.

Marketing / advertising cookies

If we use Google Analytics, this tool is launched only after obtaining the user's consent.

Google Analytics is configured in accordance with the guidelines of the European Data Protection Board (EDPB), in particular:

• IP address anonymization,
• no activation of advertising features without consent,
• no linking of data with other Google services for marketing purposes without consent.

The French supervisory authority CNIL allows a narrow exception to the consent requirement for strictly limited audience measurements performed solely for the publisher.

We do not currently use this exception. If it is implemented, the tool and the conditions met will be clearly described in this policy.

For users from California, we respect the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid 'Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information' request.

This means that:

• we do not load marketing technologies covered by the definition of 'sale' or 'sharing' of data,
• we record the user's choice.

In the site footer, we provide a link: 'Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information'.

The user can:

• at any time, change or withdraw consent via the 'Change cookie settings' link in the site footer,
• manage cookies directly in their browser settings (blocking, deleting).

Below is an example list of cookies. The actual list may be automatically generated by the CMP.

We do not use mechanisms that manipulate the user:

• no making refusal difficult,
• no misleading colors or button sizes,
• rejecting cookies is as easy as accepting them.

The retention period for cookies is indicated for each item.

We keep a record of consents, which includes:

• date and time of consent,
• scope of consent,
• version of the cookie policy,
• source of consent (banner / panel).

The cookie policy may be periodically updated. The current version is always marked with a date. For significant changes, we inform users via a banner or other visible means of communication.
